Although a bit of a rocky start waiting for our Bull Frog spa to be set up properly, I have to say that the Blue Water Pool and Spa folks came through terrifically, and now we are extremely happy with them and their service. Great folks here! Looking forward to working together with them.

Purchasing a Bull Frog Hot Tub from them was simply outstanding. I never thought they could out do their customer service but I was wrong! Yesterday I call about 10 am and said I have a leak. They responded in 4 hrs, fixed the leak, did a professional job, and were simply unreal with customer service! I will continue to recommend them and never purchase a spa from anyone else! These guys are great. We got a great deal and they were able to deliver and install the day after we were ready with our new deck. The installation was smooth and looked effortless. Very professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend them.

They have a dog and his name is Titus, but he's the sweetest dog. He wanted to play fetch the whole time I was there, thats his blue toy he wants to chase and chew on. The staff is awesome, helpful and friendly. Go by there for your pool needs.

AMAZING company, amazing people, amazing service! I can’t say enough about Blue Waters Pool & Spas. We purchased a home with an outdoor pool in Mill Spring. Soon after we moved in, we were having all sorts of problems with the pool. Leaks, bacteria, critters!! Kendall was great on the phone! She gave us great advice and arranged for Randy and Jay to squeeze us into their very busy schedules to come out and look. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional! Within a day, they turned big problems into manageable ones and, within three days, our pool was (is) in good shape.
